This project was constructed concurrently with a similar but much larger project for the same client at the Tilbury 2 Port.

The superstructure comprises of a structural steel frame encased with composite cladding. The internal structure is formed of a composite wall and ceiling panel system providing suitable storage areas for groceries.

Unique Selling Points:

• Successfully negotiating all logistical changes without disruption to the Port's 24-hour operational activities

• Careful logistical planning due projects location on the River Thames edge and access route through the Port's container distribution depot 

• Synchronised design and construction of two similar project types within a limited time period

• Delivery of a high quality finished product with zero defects on completion
