This project consisted of the construction of a new purpose built 2 storey office block for Marlborough/McDonald Highways. Founded on a Brownfield site, a steel frame formed a primary structure with pre cast Hallowcore slabs and composite metal cladding to all elevations.

Parapet walling surrounded a shallow pitched roof and a roof mounted plant area. Internally the offices and support spaces wrapped around a large workshop area allowing McDonalds fleet to be serviced in one location. Extensive fire proofing was required between workshop & office spaces and extra support steelwork incorporated for a fish tank weighing 5 Tonne.

A staff canteen & gymnasium were also fitted out during the project.
