This project comprised of building a New, fourth floor to existing South Wing to create Health Care and Dental training facilities.

Recycling of existing materials included repairs to existing PV panels and air source heat pump to re-use on the new roof, recycling of existing roof insulation and removal and recycling of brise-soleil fins.

Four storey designed scaffold including a fire appliance tunnel.

This project meant working closely within a live and very busy college and the contract was completed utilizing social distancing measures. This was delivered on time and within budget.
