Fire Reinstatement Project

The Case Study project showcases the reinstatement of two Grade II listed cottages which were successfully reinstated to an exceptional standard by our Insurance Work Specialists, Cadman & Son LLP.

As detailed within the photographs below, the existing cottages were significantly damaged by fire prior to the reinstatement project and the works carried out included the complete reinstatement of the oak roof members, overhaul and replacement of the Thatched roof, replacement of weatherboarding, new windows and the rebuild of the damaged chimney.

Internally, the property benefited from a total refurbishment including a new kitchen & bathroom suite.

The projects were completed on time to the satisfaction of all parties.
