Refurbishment of Offices

This was a fast track refurbishment project to the ground, first and second floor, including all communal areas in an existing vacant office building.

Requirement for new mechanical and electrical installation, new security system, new lighting, power and dado trunking. Also, installation of a new air conditioning system.

The work also comprised of the removal of existing partition walls with the reconfiguration of new walls, refurbishment of windows and redecoration throughout, complete with new furniture.
