New Equestrian Riding Arena and Therapy Barn Facility

Case Study Project comprised of two separate design and build projects at Writtle Argricultural College in Chelmsford, Essex.

The first building comprised of a purpose built equestrian riding arena including a designated spectator area, permiter crash barriers and dressage mirrors constructed to a fast track programme period of 15 weeks in accordance with our client's programme requirements.

The second building comprised a smaller equestrian therapy barn including segregated treatment area complete with an equestrian 'aqua-spa' system. This project was started in conjunction with the riding arena building. Both buildings were completed on programe and on budget, despite both projects commencing at the start of one of the worst winters on record in recent years.
