Case Study Project comprises of the demolition of an existing dwelling, together with the construction of a new five bedroom house in Hutton, Essex on behalf of a private client under the direction of Andrew Davison Architects.
The project involved a high level of sensitivity to construct the building within a restricted and affluent area and one of the challenges included the careful movement of heavy plant from adjoining access roads, due to access restructions to the site location.
A high specification tanking system was utilised in the construction of the basement area in conjunction with a land drain and pumping system due to the high water table present in the location of the site.
The building itself was constructed to a high standard stipulated by our discerning client and we are respectful of our clients' wishes to not display photographs of the internal fixtures and fittings in the public domain.
