Fire Reinstatement Project

Case Study project comprises of the re-construction of a significantly fire and smoke damaged property including the construction of a new hand-cut and tiled roof to the complete building.

The clients reinstatement brief also required for a new attic room to be constructed within the roof structure together with complete internal refurbishment. Following completion of the roof structure the property subsequently received a complete re-wire of electrical services together with the installation of a new boiler to serve a new heating installation.

All existing walls and partitions were re-plastered prior to the installation of a new kitchen and shower room, the building also received full re-decoration internally and externally with floor coverings to be organised by the client post hand-over.
