Case Study project comprises of the internal and external refurbishment of the Grandstand and Old Pavilion buildings on the New River Sports & Fitness Grounds.

The Grandstand refurbishment comprised of a complete internal refurbishment. This included a high specification Gym, Spin room, two Studios, a new Reception Lobby and associated Changing, Shower and Welfare Facilities. The Grandstand also received an external facelift.

The Old Pavilion refurbishment comprised of new Changing Rooms, Shower and Welfare Facilties, as well as a new Bickels Yard Café
