Chilvers Fish & Chip Shop in Manningtree was damaged after a fire started in the bathroom in the flat above on Christmas Day 2020, the shop below was flooded, with the ceilings, walls, electrics and fryers damaged. The shop has been in the family since 1959 and we are pleased to have worked with the owners to reinstate the building and allow them to re-style and re-open after a year of being closed.
