We are delighted to announce the completion & sale of 3 large new houses at Thorpe Le Soken.

This development required high end finishes, in order to appeal to local market preferences, which we achieved using our own directly employed labour operatives. The construction type was predominantly traditional, but included steel framed sections in order to achieve larger room dimensions.

The 3, 4-bedroom houses were finished to a high level and came with Utility Room, Bay Windows, Orangery, Dressing room, Garages, Patios & Garden areas, together with landscaping & planting works.
