An Introduction to the Response Team

We are a new Company licensed to Regency Response Limited to carry out the following works within East Anglian Post Codes

All our technicians are trained to IICRC Certification level, we can also offer an estimating service for large cleaning claims as required by Insurance Companies.

This new company is part of The C M Cadman Group Limited of Building Contractors which has been trading for some 75 years over all and has been working within the Insurance Industry for over 15 years, with extensive building Claims knowledge.

Requirements of the Licensee

This document is produced to provide guidelines within which the licensee or ‘approved contractor’ should operate and should be read in conjunction with the Operations Manual separately supplied which will confirm circumstances in which published service standards should be over-ruled.

Current standards (KPI) are:

Availability for receipt of instructions:

The licensee should ensure availability of a 24 hour telephone number that will be answered by a capable representative of the Company.

a. if urgent case as indicated by the instruction, dispatch should proceed nonetheless.
b. if routine case, a letter should be sent in that evenings post.

Dispatch:

On urgent cases this should be within three hours of the time of instruction.
On urgent cases this must always be the same calendar day.
On routine cases the dispatch / visit should be within two working days.

Reporting:

Reports should reach Head Office by
5 pm the following working day.
Quotes should reach Head Office within two working days.

Commencement:

On urgent cases, work commences immediately.
On routine cases, work must commence within two weeks.

Invoicing

Invoices must be submitted within seven days of completion of work.
