We are pleased to report that following a considerable effort by all involved in the project, we have been successful in providing our client with beneficial occupation of the new building five weeks earlier than expected in order to allow the pub/restaurant to open for business during the first week in December.
Despite a number of time sensitive design changes throughout the project, the project team have managed to accomodate a number of significant interior and exterior design enhancements alongside our accelerated work programme whilst maintaining extremly high standards, the new building will no doubt 'raise the bar' for similar developments that are planned for the new Stane Park development site.
