Construction of the new Hamlet Green Retail Development on Eringshausen Way, Haverhill is now well underway with the steel frame now complete.
The new retail development project will be completed by Cadman Construction Ltd on behalf of The Howard Group and will include three purpose built retail units incorporating Home Bargains and Pets at Home retail stores with the remaining unit currently in final negotiation.
The scheme is being built on the former 6.5 acre Workspace Office Solutions site on Eringshausen Way and is set to create future growth and job opportunities to the local area following significant investment by The Howard Group. The Cambridge based property group are leading property developers and investors in East Anglia.
