All at the Cadman Group Wish Peter Dearsley Well For His Retirement

Company: Cadman Construction Ltd   |  Category: Social, Community & Leisure

A strong turn-out was received yesterday to wish one of our long serving and highly respected ex-Site managers well for his retirement.

Peter Dearsley joined Cadman & Son in 1997 initially as a Bricklayer before progressing to a Site Foreman role with the company and subsequently moved over to Cadman Construction Ltd in 2013 to take up the position as Site Manager on commercial projects. During his time at Cadman Construction Ltd, Peter successfully delivered a number of challenging and varied projects most notably a logistically demanding structural reinstatement and refurbishment project on the bustling Brixton High Street and the full and meticulous restoration of Spanes Hall, a large grade two listed dwelling in Essex.

In 2016 Peter took up the role as 'Yardsman' at our busy yard in Colchester and during his time in this role he has also been very influencial in improving the organisation and efficiency of our yard activities on a daily basis.

Peter was often described as a model employee highly respected by many who have had the pleasure of working with him and he will certainly be missed by the Cadman Group going forward. We will however take the opportunity to wish Peter all the very best for the future hoping that he will enjoy and make the most of his well earned retirement.
