Introduction to the
CM Cadman Group of Companies

The Cadman name has been synonymous with the building industry since the formation of C M Cadman & Son in 1932, which continues to carry out small building works to this day.

All Design and Build and major construction contracts are carried out by the C M Cadman Group Limited and its subsidiary Cadman Construction Limited.

The Cadman Building Companies are family run and have a large direct labour work force.  We provide both technical and Health & Safety training for all employees which is essential in a rapidly changing working environment.

Our premises incorporate a large Joinery Shop, Plumbing and Heating Department and a Fitters Workshop.  The Joinery Shop provides the ideal solution to providing specialist joinery items made to a very high quality, staffed by a mixture of experienced craftsmen and apprentices. 
Our Plumbing Department serves the needs of the small works side of the business as well as Emergency Insurance works.
