Construction has finished on a bespoke single storey dwelling in rural Suffolk.
The dwelling was designed with vaulted ceilings and the site was situated off a single width 2-way country lane, with the footprint of the dwelling covering approximately 80% of site area meaning just in time deliveries were key.
Due to the very close proximity of mature trees on the boundary the dwelling was founded on screw piles and ground beams. Built using traditional masonry and timber construction with high specification finishes such as the internal porcelain tile floors which seamlessly connected to the external porcelain paved areas, enhancing the DDA performance of the property.
The dwelling boasts a large open plan kitchen/dining room, utility and wet room, with large bi-folding doors to 2 elevations being a key feature, allowing easy access and plenty of natural light into the property.
